Qualifications

• Strong numerical, analytical, and data‑handling skills.
• Experience using Power BI, Power Apps, or similar analytics and automation platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process CTO expenditure invoices ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Reconcile invoices against finance trackers for budget management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of spend and forecasts.
• Review budget trackers with Delivery Teams to validate spend.
• Compile and validate timesheet data for salary capitalisation.
• Maintain, update, and support Power BI reporting.

Skills
