This role focuses on improving conversion rates and user experience while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate across product, tech, and digital analytics teams to implement a robust conversion rate optimisation strategy. A strong background in digital marketing, website analytics, and A/B testing methodologies is essential for success in this position, along with the ability to analyse data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Led previous experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Established and drove e-commerce optimisation and conversion improvements.
  • Experience of UX design across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Conversion Rate Optimisation strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour and conversion funnels.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests for website optimisation.
