Role: CRM Executive (7 Month‑FTC)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Remote but must be UK based)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive (Marketing Automation Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, hands‑on experience setting up campaigns, and a proven track record in driving business growth through automated strategies on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and execute multi‑channel marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and other automation tools.
  • Create and manage email marketing assets for sync to SFMC.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimise future campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on automation tools and processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to automation platforms and integrations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Document automation processes and procedures on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest automation trends and best practices.

What You Need To Be Great In This Role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation, with hands‑on campaign setup.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of automation principles, including lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience with other platforms such as Marketo, Knak, and WhatsApp campaign tools like Jumper.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist certification (or similar).
