Overview

Our Mobile Tyre Technicians travel to our customers at their home, workplace and on the roadside. As a Cover Mobile Tyre Technician you’ll provide holiday and sickness cover. You’ll need to be prepared to use your own vehicle for travel to the base location of the Mobile van you are to cover and potentially stay away from home for up to 4 nights a week as the location you are covering may be a long commute from your home. You will not be expected to stay away every week, but extensive stays may be required.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll remove, repair and fit tyres, diagnose tyre faults and determine whether repair or replacement is the right solution for the customer. You’ll also deliver great customer service and manage your time effectively by organising your daily work schedule.

What you’ll need

• A full driving license
• Experience of repairing and replacing tyres
• Ideally some experience with computer systems
• The ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Your own vehicle
• Flexibility to stay away from home
