Description

As a Corporate Finance Manager at Xeinadin, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients by managing end-to-end transactions and providing high-quality commercial insights and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Prepare and review Information Memoranda and detailed buyer research.
• Develop and assess financial forecasts, business plans, and models.
• Provide expert guidance on transaction structuring, including working capital and free cash flow.
• Lead negotiations involving complex deal elements with clients and their advisors.
• Drive business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow our pipeline.
• Contribute to pitch meetings and support the firm’s ongoing growth strategy.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members to achieve their professional goals.

Key Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience).
• Demonstrated experience leading successful corporate finance transactions.
• Strong client relationship and project management skills.
