$15.20 per hour

Remuneration - 4% of gross salary

Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high quality traditional style Korean dishes and side dishes from the menu
  • Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Check and store ingredients and raw materials at proper temperature
  • Manage kitchen operations
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
  • Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas
  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventoryand records of food, supplies and equipment

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
