A leading law firm in the United Kingdom seeks a Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a caseload of property transactions from start to finish. Candidates should have 2-3 years of residential conveyancing experience and strong communication skills. Working Hours: 35 hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will be managing your own caseload of purchase, sale, and title transfer transactions from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, understanding their requirements, and managing all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practices.
You will have 1-1 support with a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal who will assist you in all the administrative aspects of your cases alongside a Legal Support Executive and a team of Legal Assistants who support the entire department. This set-up ensures that you are working directly within a small team to ensure the quickest and best outcome for your client.
