Qualifications

  • Proven experience running A/B and multivariate experiments in a commercial digital product.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and copywriters.
  • Confident in analysing test data and interpreting key metrics.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and ability to build simple test variants.
  • Strong hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity and a user-centred mindset with exposure to user research methods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Collaborate to create impactful, user-centred test variations.
  • Ensure accurate data tracking and collection.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value testing opportunities.
  • Build or adapt front-end tests using simple HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Communicate evidence-based insights and recommendations.
