# Controls & Compliance Lead## Job IntroductionPentagon Motor Group have an exciting and rare new career opportunity for a Controls & Compliance Lead , to join the amazing team at our Derby based Head Office.**Role Overview**The Controls & Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring robust compliance, strong internal controls, and consistent operational standards across the Group. This role oversees audit follow-up, best-practice documentation, reporting requirements, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
