Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role.
  • Ability to manage and validate contractual paperwork.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all contractual paperwork from inception to required extensions.
  • Validate incoming documents and prepare new contractual documentation.
  • Chase contractual documentation from customers.

Confident with Microsoft office products
High level of accuracy
Well organised
Ability to work under pressure
Presentable and professional
Experience with DocuSign or equivalent
Teamwork and initiative
Experience in accounts environment
