  • Support content calendar updates and assist with content delivery for key campaigns and digital touchpoints (e.g., website, PR, social, email, brochures).
  • Liaise with team members across departments (Forecourts, Customer, Development, Operations, etc.) to gather insights and identify opportunities for new content.
  • Contribute to planning meetings, presenting content proposals and supporting assets as needed.

Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and produce engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content for a range of digital platforms, including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, guides, and presentations.
  • Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and supports a consistent and high-quality user experience.
  • Support multimedia content creation, such as video scripts and basic graphic briefs, where needed.
  • Support the use and creation of content templates and brand guidelines.

Brand & Tone of Voice

  • Maintain a strong understanding of GRIDSERVE’s tone of voice and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in reviewing content created by other teams or contributors to ensure quality and consistency.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on content performance using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social platforms).
  • Track KPIs such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and SEO rankings to inform future content planning.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Marketing team.
  • Stay informed about trends in digital content, SEO, customer experience, and relevant industry developments.
  • Suggest improvements and new formats to improve reach, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Work closely with other content team members and stakeholders across the business to support a unified approach to communications.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including GRIDSERVE’s anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System compliant with ISO standards.

You’ll bring

  • Project management experience, including overseeing editorial calendars, cross-functional collaboration, and content performance tracking.
  • Familiarity and experience with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and audience engagement.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret content performance data and optimise strategy accordingly.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to generate compelling content ideas and respond to shifting marketing priorities.
  • Strong writing, editing, and SEO optimisation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or editorial roles.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
