Job description
Consultant Radiologist

Applications are invited for a Consultant Radiologist to join the team based at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness on a 10 PA basis per week; part‑time work is also considered. Some home working will also be available. Out of hours CT is entirely provided by teleradiology and there is currently no on‑call commitment.

Full Time / 10 PAs (Part Time Considered)

Responsibilities

Posts are to support the general radiology needs for the department, but a wide range of specialist activities are provided within NHS Highland and specialist interests are encouraged. Interests in MSK, Breast, cardiothoracic and paediatric imaging would be especially welcome, however any other existing specialist interests will be considered. The interested applicant is encouraged to get in touch with the department to discuss further.

You will be working alongside dynamic and supportive clinical colleagues in radiology, nursing and a range of medical & surgical specialties. The hospitals in the Highlands are pleasant and friendly places to work.

Qualifications

Applicants must be on the General Medical Council Specialist Register with a Licence to Practice.

We offer a substantial Relocation Package for new permanent members of the team.
