Our clients Construction & Engineering Group includes more than 100 specialist lawyers, including 24 Partners, providing a comprehensive service across all areas of the construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising a wide range of clients including government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, contractors, sub‑contractors, and professional teams.
• Providing strategic legal support on procurement strategies, facilities management, and dispute avoidance/resolution mechanisms.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and engineering contracts across a variety of sectors and project types.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers timely and practical solutions.
• Collaborating with national and international colleagues on high‑value, complex matters.
• Benefiting from robust learning, development, and mentoring frameworks to support your professional growth.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 3 years PQE in non‑contentious construction law.
• Experience advising on construction and engineering projects within the UK.
• Sound technical understanding of JCT, NEC, and other standard form contracts.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Desire to progress within a high‑performing, internationally recognised team.
