Qualifications

• Proven practical horticultural experience with a wide range of horticultural skills.
• A NLQ Level 3 qualification in Horticulture or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising a team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Assistant Team Managers with daily operations of Horticulturists and volunteers.
• Ensure team members adhere to Health and Safety procedures.
• Develop the Plant Heritage National collection of Nepenthes.
