A leading insurance firm in the UK is looking for a Compliance Advisor to support regulatory adherence and provide expert guidance to its entities. The role involves aiding the implementation of the Compliance Framework and ensuring all activities comply with FCA and legislative requirements. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant compliance experience and strong knowledge of insurance regulations. You will serve as the primary interface between Aventum Compliance and its regulated entities and ARs. You will be responsible for providing compliance advice and guidance, as well as supporting the implementation of Group policies and procedures.
You will support the Head of Compliance Advisory in delivering high‑quality advisory work and developing a pragmatic compliance infrastructure, striking a balance between commerciality and fostering a culture where the business fully embraces compliance.
