We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Oxford.
Pay: £16.45 per hour weekdays, £17.48 per hour Saturdays, £18.51 per hour Sundays.
Hours: Up to 40 per week (08:00 – 20:00)
You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his 40s who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including mobility issues, loss of vision on the right side and PEG feeding. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives in an adapted property with his family, he loves to spend time with them and is also a football fan. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest. A driving licence and willingness to drive the client's vehicle is essential and training is provided.
