We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join umsebenzi dynamic and supportive specialist nursing team to provide nursing care to patients who are residing the a residential care home.
This post involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in residential home, offering variety and autonomy in your daily practice.
As a Community Staff Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care, supporting patients with a range of conditions, including wound care, diabetic management, catheter care, and palliative care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, accessing specialist support as required to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
