Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing, target-driven environment with a proven record of achieving results.
• Ability to teach high-quality group exercise classes.
• Knowledge of developing and delivering lead generation plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to gym customers.
• Lead and manage fitness suites and studio spaces.
• Deliver inductions, programmes, and group exercise classes.

Skills

Qualified to Level 2/3 or equivalent in a relevant subject

Experience in customer facing, target driven environments

Experience in a gym environment

Hold REPS Level 3 or equivalent

Hold First Aid at Work Certificate

Ability to use own initiative and think commercially

Knowledge of delivering new membership sales

Confidence and ability to teach group exercise classes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
