A local authority council in the United Kingdom is seeking two Commissioning Officers to support strategic priorities in Adult Social Care, focused on Home Care and Community-Based Services. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of commissioning and experience in delivering outcomes for vulnerable groups. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a chance to make a significant impact in the community.
Sefton’s Adult Social Care Commissioning & Transformation Team have an exciting opportunity available for two Commissioning Officer posts.

The posts will work within the ASC Commissioning and Transformation Team, and you will need an excellent understanding of commissioning, a well-developed commissioning skill set and experience in delivering commissioning outcomes to a range of vulnerable people or groups within Adult Social Care. You will support the commissioning function to ensure that a strategic approach is taken, in line with Council priorities and with local and national policy objectives.
