Responsibilities

• Deliver fault-finding, service, maintenance, and breakdown support for heating and ventilation systems.
• Attend emergency call-outs, completing statutory PPMs in line with SFG20 standards.
• Maintain accurate records (both electronic and written) and manage subcontractors as needed.

Commercial gas service & maintenance experience

FM PPM tasks, such as fire alarm checks
