Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial and Pricing Analyst to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and submitting fee uplift proposals.
  • Track negotiation outcomes, including offers, rejections, and legal escalations.
  • Maintain and update the fee uplift tracker with accurate data
  • Compile cost of care data and confirm support hours for packages.
  • Ensure alignment between cost files and tracker entries.
  • Prepare documentation for billing and legal escalation.
  • Draft and send fee uplift letters and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external funders to resolve fee disputes.
  • Provide updates to the Head of Pricing and contribute to team meetings.
  • Manage shared mailboxes
  • Respond to internal and external queries
Requirements:
  • Proven experience supporting fee negotiations
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data tracking tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Clear, professional, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
