A national governing body for swimming in the UK is seeking an experienced Education and Learning Developer to lead the design and development of aquatic qualifications and learning programmes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and enhancing digital learning methods. Your expertise in educational programme development, communication, and stakeholder management will be essential in shaping future pathways in aquatics. A minimum of 2 days per week in the office is required.

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Education and Learning Developer to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of Swim England’s aquatic qualifications, certificates and learning programmes.
Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, educators, regulators and internal teams, you will ensure all learning programmes meet regulatory requirements, align with national frameworks and respond to the evolving needs of the aquatic sector. This role plays a key part in shaping future-focused education pathways that support participation, safety and excellence in aquatics.
