A leading manufacturing company in the UK is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to support the production of high-quality aircraft engine components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Mazatrol programming and have experience in precision engineering underpinned by strong communication skills. This permanent role offers a salary of £16.70 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, along with 5 weeks annual leave and a company pension. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a proactive approach to tasks.

Start & finish times: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday
Mon – Thurs 6.00am – 2.00pm
Friday 6.00am – 11.30am
Mon – Thurs 2.00pm – 10.00pm
Friday 11.30am – 5.00pm

We are looking for a motivated and skilled CNC Turner with experience in 2/3 axis, Mazatrol, CNC turning, supporting the manufacture of high-quality, next‑generation aircraft engine components. Experienced in precision engineering environments, working to tight tolerances on high‑value parts and exotic materials such as Titanium, Inconel and hardened steels. Thrives in fast‑paced, changing environments with a flexible and proactive approach to work. Apprentice trained or qualified by experience, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of quality standards. Self‑motivated, capable of multitasking effectively, and able to work independently with guidance and supervision while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
