Job summary

A leading service provider in the energy sector is seeking a qualified individual to manage compliance, oversee Competence Training, and support contract management. This role involves training assessors, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Candidates should have workplace assessor and internal verifier qualifications, experience in vocational assessments, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural team. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, requiring office presence at least three days a week.

Qualifications

  • Recent experience of assessing vocational qualifications including apprenticeships.
  • Current Offshore Survival Certification (BOSIET, MIST) or willingness to undertake.
  • Ability to work autonomously on own initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients and management with compliance of company competence framework.
  • Support implementation and management of Competence and Training.
  • Train and coach the on Site Assessors.
  • Carry out assessment of Assessors against National Occupational Standard.
  • Provide compliance reports to clients as per frequency.
  • Adhere to Petrofac Competence & Training framework.

Skills

Workplace Assessor Qualification
Internal Verifier Qualification
Good working experience of Microsoft Office tools
Experience of CMS/TMS software systems
Proven experience in delivery of qualifications
Ability to organise tasks and priorities
Proactive attitude and attention to detail
