Annual Salary: £18,158.40 per year

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Senior Care Assistant to work in an exceptional nursing home based in Orrell, Greater Manchester. The role is offered through one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the care team within the Home
  • Ensure that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional levels of care to residents
  • Promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise staff
  • Instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Previous experience working within an elderly care setting
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and well‑organised
  • Team player, but able to work on your own initiative
  • Dependable, able to work well under pressure, and flexible to meet the needs of the Home
  • Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly
