A leading healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Band 3 Clinical Secretary to join their General Surgery Team at a hospital in Carmarthen. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, including mail distribution, audio transcription, and typing sensitive documents, while ensuring confidentiality. Applicants should have proven secretarial skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Welsh communication is desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to join the General Surgery Team at Glangwili General Hospital. Applications are invited from efficient and suitably qualified individuals for the post of a full time Band 3 Clinical Secretary within the General Surgery Team based at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen on a permanent basis.
Working 37.5 hours per week, the successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of a comprehensive and quality secretarial service to the Consultants and their teams and support the Medical Secretaries.
