Job summary

A primary care network in England seeks a motivated Clinical Pharmacist to enhance patient care within its expanding team. Qualifications

  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist.
  • Experience of prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge across therapeutic areas is required.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake structured medication reviews and medicines optimisation for patients.
  • Provide specialist clinical advice on medicines management.
  • Contribute to the achievement of PCN service requirements.

Skills

Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge across therapeutic areas
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working in primary care or with GP practices
Knowledge of local and national medicines optimisation priorities

Education

Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Independent Prescriber qualification (or working towards it)
