Bristol Hospital | Nursing | Permanent contract | Full time | Includes weekend work

Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Clinical Leader at our Bristol Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With excellent leadership skills, you hold post‑registration experience in care of patients, pre‑ and post‑operatively, in everything from Orthopaedic, Gynae and Urology.

Ideally, you will hold a Level 6 or 7 qualification in Leadership (or equivalent experience), reflecting your commitment to professional development and high standards of team management.

As a Clinical Leader, you will:
  • Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Theatre and Recovery areas
  • Co‑ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
  • Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
  • Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
  • Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
  • Champion a supportive, enabling culture within the theatre and recovery team, promoting staff wellbeing and patient safety
