Tunbridge Wells | Hybrid (Home + Local Centre)

Are you a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional ready for a clinical role with real balance, structure, and stability?
This opportunity offers the chance to use your clinical expertise in a calm, measured environment — without hospital pressures, unpredictable shifts, and relentless workloads.

About the Role

We are recruiting Adult Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Paramedics to join a respected UK Health & Social Care provider as Adult Disability Assessors.

This is a non-treatment, assessment-based role where you will help adults understand how their health conditions affect daily living, and produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports that support important decision-making.

What You Will Do
  • Complete functional assessments with adults via telephone, video, and face-to-face (approximately 70% home-based)
  • Review medical evidence and produce structured, objective clinical reports
  • Assess a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
  • Work autonomously in a role designed for clarity, consistency, and clinical reasoning
  • Receive full clinical support and structured guidance at all times
  • Gain full diary control after six months, increasing flexibility

This role involves no diagnosis, no treatment, and no urgent care pressures.

Who We Are Looking For

You must be a qualified healthcare professional with 12 months or more post-registration experience in adult settings, and registered with the NMC or HCPC.

Eligible professions include:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
  • Physiotherapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Paramedic
Additional requirements:
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills
  • Confident report writing and IT capability
  • Ability to attend the Tunbridge Wells site for face-to-face assessments
  • Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Salary & Benefits

Salary: £41,500 – £42,500
Bonus: Up to 10% annually

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
