Clinical Care Manager – Burford

Annual Salary: £55K – £58K + benefits

Location: The Cotswold Home, Woodside Drive, Bradwell Village, Burford OX18 4XA

About The Role

Assist the General Manager to manage the home smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively in accordance with operating policies, procedures and statutory requirements. Deputise for the General Manager as required, take the lead on all clinical and care matters and ensure residents live an active and independent life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager to manage the Home smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively.
  • Ensure full support for our residents and enable them to live as full and active a life as possible.
  • Ensure the home has a happy atmosphere by exercising professional leadership and coordinating the work of all employees, creating a climate of well-being, security and efficiency.
  • Oversee standards of care by ensuring effective audit, supervision and communication take place.
