Responsibilities

We have an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join our team in the ICs Admin Hub, based at Fartown Health Centre.

You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to teams through‑

  • Providing efficient and competent business support services, responding to tight timescales, using a full range of Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications.
  • Supporting the Community Health Teams with administration of business as usual, projects and programmes.
  • Developing and maintaining confidential operational systems and processes.
  • Supporting the strategic programme management function with the Business Unit and wider organisation.
  • Providing reception cover over a number of sites.
