ZetaGlobal’s EMEA Activation team has offices in Paris, Madrid and London. The Partnership Team Coordinator will be a member of the Client Partnerships team based in London and working closely with our colleagues in the US. Reporting to the SVP EMEA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of client service delivery and ensuring the efficient, smooth functioning of the team and the London office. This position works closely with the sales and marketing teams and acts as a central hub for logistics, administration, and team support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive & Administrative Support: Organize and manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and prioritizing conflicting demands with excellent judgement.
  • Team & Client Liaison: Act as a central liaison between members of the Client Partnership Team, its valued clients, and key internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Logistics & Event Coordination: Arrange comprehensive logistics for team meetings, company off‑sites, and internal/external events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Operational Awareness: Proactively keep the team informed of relevant deadlines and assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure team goals are met.
  • Office Management: Assist in the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the London office e.g. maintaining office supplies, managing any onsite visits/client meetings.
  • Executive Alignment & Prioritisation: Report directly to the SVP, EMEA, working in close partnership to prioritise workload and proactively flag upcoming critical moments and necessary decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a fast‑paced office environment, preferably supporting a sales or client‑facing team.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage complex schedules effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and discretion, with a proven ability to work as a constructive team player.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications (Desirables)
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in French and/or Spanish is a significant advantage.
