Job description

We are currently recruiting for a friendly Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone to join on a 3 month FTC, starting on the 12th January.

You will deliver an exceptional client experience aligned to our Client Promise, while delivering a professional service. Please note: Internally this role is called Client Experience Assistant.

What we need from you
  • ✔ Prior experience of working in a busy professional receptionist/client facing role.
  • ✔ Passion for delivering client services.
  • ✔ Ability to manage and prioritise various tasks.
What you'll be doing
  • Delivering a quality professional client experience service to the firm’s clients, partners and employees.
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals visiting our client’s offices.
  • Maintain the client experience area and meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues as appropriate.
  • Assist in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of client meetings and events including meeting room bookings, meeting room set up, appropriate equipment, refreshments, catering and travel requirements.
  • Field all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist in Central Business Support activities where required such as managing post, booking travel, photocopying etc.
