Cleaning Supervisor

The successful candidate will demonstrate previous management experience and the ability to train staff. You will help ensure we meet our clients’ cleaning expectations while operating professionally and you will be passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients. Role Specifications

• All‑round cleaning experience
• able to work own initiative and manage own time
• able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team
• good knowledge of health and safety and COSHH
• high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• ensure the Company’s health and safety and environmental policies are adhered to
• deal with any complaints/issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor
• be flexible to work additional hours to cover holiday and sickness within the team

Role Requirements

• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have a good understanding of written and spoken English for health and safety reasons on sites
• ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
• uniform provided; must be worn with care, clean and ironed

Working Hours for a Cleaning Supervisor

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 05:00 - 08:00
