You will help supervise the work of the cleaning staff and allocate tasks accordingly. You will need to have supervisory experience and be able to oversee and undertake general cleaning duties.Main duties and responsibility will include1. Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure a safe, healthy and professional environment2. Ensure high cleaning standards, performing consistent quality control3. compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH requirements4. Report any relevant matters, dangers or injuries to the relevant persons5. Be the main point of contact between the Academy Team and National Environmental Lead6. Ensure short falls in team capacity are managed and issues reported to the National Environmental Lead7. Keep track and report sickness and absence8. Ensure that orders for cleaning consumables are placed and any issues with stock is reported to the Site manager and National Environmental Lead9. All Supervisors are required to contribute to cleaning tasks during the school’s holiday period.10. Ensure the cleaning attend and complete essential Health and Safety courses or safeguarding courses as determined by the management of the school11.
