Are you looking for a new challenge and want to be a part of our amazing team? We are currently recruiting Cleaning/Catering Assistants to help us keep our hospital clean and our patients fed.

With a new hourly rate of £12.51 per hour on weekdays, £17.63 per hour for weekday nights (after 8pm) and Saturdays, and £22.89 per hour for Sundays and Bank Holidays, there isn't a better time to join the team!

We are currently recruiting to:

  • Monday to Friday - 13.30 - 20.00 - 30 hours per week
Main duties of the job

As a Cleaning and Catering Assistant, you will be helping to support the clinical team in their delivery of a high standard of patient service and clinical care to the people of our local population.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean & hygienic environment, whilst providing a catering service to our inpatients. Your main responsibilities will be to clean the hospital to the required standard following NHS cleaning protocols; you will lead in the cleaning of clinical and non‑clinical areas. You will also be responsible for the serving of food to our patients, providing a basic catering service.
