Overview

Cat C Driver – 18 tonne. Johnsons Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Linen is a market leader in linen hire and provider of laundry service to the hospitality industry. We are now looking to recruit full time Cat C - 18 tonne Drivers based from our new Crawley site.

The job role will involve delivering and returning stock, ensuring 100% delivery and collection, and complying with transport industry legal structure while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect stock to 100% accuracy.
• Ensure timely deliveries and collections in line with company standards.
• Maintain professional customer service during all interactions.
• Be physically fit to perform heavy lifting for loading, deliveries, and collections.
• Work 48 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work when required.

Qualifications

• Current CAT C or above licence, along with a valid Digital Tachograph Card and Full Driver CPC.
• Good communication skills and a flexible approach to role and working hours.
• Experience in driving a goods vehicle and customer-facing roles is preferred (1 year each).
