A leading insurance company is looking for a proactive Claims Support Agent in Newcastle upon Tyne. This hybrid role involves supporting the processing of claims-related activities, managing payments, and handling documentation. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Claims Support Agent to join our dynamic team. The role is HYBRID WORKING- 37.5 hrs. (Monday-Friday). No claims or insurance experience required.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of our Claims strategy by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of all claims‑related activities. This includes handling payments, claims income, and recoveries, while collaborating closely with suppliers and internal operations to guarantee that all transactions are processed accurately, promptly, and at the lowest cost to the business.
