A leading claims management company based in the UK is seeking a Subsidence Claims Handler for a full-time role. This position offers the opportunity to deliver customer service excellence through effective claims management. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing claims from setup through investigation and repair, adhering to service standards, and continuously improving processes. The role may be based remotely or on-site at their Castle Donnington Offices.

Salary – dependent on experience / CII qualifications
Benefits – DIS, PHI, PMI, Pension @ 8% after qualifying period
Permanent – Full Time: This is a 37.5 hour week role working a variable shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a 2 shift rota basis with a possibility of Saturday mornings dependent on client requirements.
Job can be based at our Castle Donnington Offices or remote. The successful candidate will be a team player and will gain a fantastic opportunity to develop further, supported by experienced subsidence engineers and technical claims managers. Reporting into Claims Manager.
