A healthcare organization in Oxford is looking for a full-time Team Administrator to provide essential support for the Children’s Integrated Therapy Service. The role involves managing clinic bookings, maintaining data quality, and offering high-quality administrative assistance. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience in an administrative role are essential. An opportunity has arisen within the Children’s Integrated Therapy Service for an experienced Team Administrator to join our friendly team. You will provide support to the Children's Speech & Language Therapy Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and HEF Dietetic teams.
The role is full time and will be based at Murray House, Jordan Hill Business Park, Oxford although there may be some opportunities for home working. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
This is a busy department and the role will involve a variety of tasks including supporting the speech & language team booking appointments, managing clinics, and data quality. You will also be adding referrals using the electronic patient record, dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
You should therefore have good written and verbal communication skills and accurate keyboard skills. Strong IT skills are essential and you should be confident using Microsoft Office packages. You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload. In addition, the ability toplatz with limited supervision will be necessary.
You will be working with other members of the Children's Therapy Admin team, clinical staff and parents and families, responding to any enquiries in a professional manner and always providing an excellent level of customer service.
