Role Overview
The Head of Operations will lead the operational function, focusing on client lifecycle management, risk, and process optimization. The role requires building scalable structures, improving workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency while delivering excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale operational processes across the organization.
- Oversee client onboarding, customer success, fraud, disputes, and chargeback operations.
- Optimize workflows to enhance revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop operational teams, including onboarding and client success.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement process improvements, manuals, and operational playbooks.
- The role involves communication with international clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fintech or acquiring.
- Proven experience in building operational structures from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, fraud, and chargeback operations.
- Experience with FCA and EMI regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in English; Russian language skills preferred.
