Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices at all levels, helping develop their skills.
• Support apprentices at the Chef Academy with hands-on training.
• Personalise learning plans to suit each apprentice’s needs.

Experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager
