Qualifications

• Experience in a culinary role with hands-on training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices in developing kitchen skills.
• Provide hands-on training at the Chef Academy.
• Manage administrative tasks and travel for workplace visits.

Skills

Demonstrable experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager

Confidence with technology

Education

Professional culinary qualification
