Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Ability to showcase your skillset with fresh seasonal ingredients.
• Experience with cooking from scratch and following brand standards.

• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients.
