The Ben Nevis Inn are looking for a Chef de Partie to support the Kitchen Manager in the day to day running of their busy kitchen at the foot of Ben Nevis.
The inn serves lunches from midday to four thirty and dinners from five until nine, with plans to introduce daily breakfasts by April next year.
They are looking for someone motivated, hardworking, and passionate about producing good homemade food.
Prior experience in a similar role is essential, along with a reliable attitude and the ability to handle a fast paced service.
The position is permanent and year round.
The working week is based on four days during the summer and three days in the winter months.
There are no split shifts and once breakfasts begin you are likely to work only three nights out of seven.
The inn offers five weeks of holiday per year, flexible shifts, and a strong work life balance.
They also close every year from the twenty fourth to the twenty seventh of December.
