About the role

Job Title: Mobile Catering Assistant

Location: Covering schools in the Rochesterarea

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 10am-2pm (20 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details: £10,256.40per annum (plus milege at 45p per mile or public transport reimbursed) If Mileage you will need access to your own transport

What will I be doing?

• This role is a catering assistant working across a small portfolio of schools , you will notbe based at a single school you will be supporting sites - travel will be paid and you will be advised in advance of the schools you will be covering
• Working as part of the catering team at the site to provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for the site
• Counter service and till work
• Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
