A leading insurance firm based in the UK is looking for a Capability Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Join our dynamic team as a Capability Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business and the Capability Development team. Your expertise in People data analysis will provide timely and detailed insights, empowering our stakeholders to make informed, development‑related business decisions in an ever‑changing landscape.
As a Capability Analyst you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and effective reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision making and improve People capabilities within the Commercial COO and Claims functions. You'll be the main point of contact to the COO Capability team, providing data and insights support through the data you have collected, analysed and interpreted to help improve development activities.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40 %) away from home, moving to three days a week (60 %) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre‑employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
