Job description

We are looking for casual catering staff (bar, waiting staff, chefs, team leaders, baristas) to work at Epsom Downs, Sandown Park and Kempton Park Racecourses during race days, exhibitions, conferences, dinners, parties etc. Experience preferred, however, not essential.

Please note, that if you currently work for Constellation, we will not be able to proceed with your application.

For Sandown Park our postcode KT10 9AJ and closest station is Esher with local busses also servicing the racecourse. Unlimited staff parking available.

For Epsom Downs our postcode is KT18 5LQ and closest stations are Tattenham Corner and Epsom. Great transport links and unlimited staff parking available.

For Kempton Park our postcode is TW16 5AQ and the closest station is Kempton Park 1 min walk from the racecourse. Unlimited staff parking available.

Casual work means you are welcome to work as much or as little as you’d like – work is being offered in shifts (varied from 4 to 12 hours and across mornings, evenings and afternoons) and you would apply for shifts you wish to be working.

You would be working in events in different catering roles (dependent on what your skills and interests are) delivering world class hospitality to our guests. Roles vary from restaurant waiters, runners, table cleaners, catering assistants, baristas, bar staff, team leaders, wash ups, porters, chefs, etc.
