Qualifications

• 3 years experience in care home maintenance required.
• Ability to perform fire, basic electrical, and appliance checks.
• Must be a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
• Perform regular checks and carry out repairs.
• Keep the grounds tidy and carry out general redecoration work.
