• Experience in care would be beneficial but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients in a person-centred manner.
• Assist clients who may be unwell or at the end of life.
• Act as a key-worker for assigned clients.
• Document care given and report changes to the shift leader.
• Support and advise families of residents appropriately.
• Develop engaging activities with the Activities Team.
